3. Capacity and Service
Our Chunmee tea 41022 raw materials mainly come from the fresh tea leaves picked up from the following tea gardens, firstly, we have cooperative tea plantations by more than 1000 hectares distributed in major tea producing areas, such as Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian, Hubei, Guizhou, Sichun province. Meanwhile, we have our own tea plantations about 50 hectares in Zhejiang province.
About manufacture, we have more than 50 employees in working room for refining, blending, packing and loading, etc. And there are nearly 100 sets of high efficiency production equipment, including pan-fired fixation machines, rolling machines, drying machinces, screening machines, gradient types tea stalk sorting machines, chromatism types sorting machines, winnowing machines, blending machines and so on, which annual production capacity exceeds 10,000 tons finished teas.
About quality control, we have established a comprehensive and systematic food quality and safety management system and get ISO 22000 : 2018 certificate. There is an overall sensory evaluation and physicochemical analysis for all of raw tea materials and finished products. We always keep a large stock of tea materials for a long time, and scientific blending, we ensure long-term and stable supply to you.
We can supply you with full set of Customs clearence documents, not only Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Loading, but also some necessary certificates, such as ISO, Analytical report, Original certificate, Health and Sanitory certificate, Phytosanitory certificate and Quality certificate and some other special certificates or test report if necessary.
