In terms of tea categories, jasmine tea is classified as a "reprocessed tea" (or scented tea). It is also known as *Jasmine Xiangpian*-the very same tea commonly found in local beverage shops. Although it goes by various names, they all refer to the same product. It is made from a combination of tea leaves and jasmine flowers, allowing it to possess the aromatic qualities of both.

Regarding temperature, the jasmine plant thrives in warm environments. It typically begins to sprout at around 20°C, develops flower buds at temperatures above 25°C, and forms fully developed buds between 28°C and 33°C. The optimal temperature range for its growth is 22°C to 35°C, and its flowering season spans from May to October.
